Pallas S.A., a pioneer in automating its production, has as a principal goal to always produce confections of high quality and taste. This is why Pallas monitors closely all the technological advances and continually invests in new updated machinery.

In 1996 upon completion of the new factory of 10.000m2, one of the most modern plants across Europe, Pallas introduced to the Greek market a great variety of new products and types of packaging.

Pallas has always given a great attention to food safety systems, i.e. metal detectors, x-rays, etc., so as the exquisite quality of its products’ is always guaranteed.

Since 1998, Pallas applies Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (H.A.C.C.P) and has been certified accordingly from EFET.

In 2007 the company was certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 2200, IFS and BRC quality standards.
